Shipping Agreement – OrbixTech.Pk
This Shipping Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions related to order processing, shipment, and delivery of products purchased from the Store. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined herein.
1. Order Processing
1.1 All orders shall be processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
1.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays shall be processed on the next available business day.
1.3 Processing times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances; however, the Store shall make reasonable efforts to minimize delays.
2. Delivery & Shipping Time
2.1 Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is 3–7 business days, subject to the courier service and destination.
2.2 Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by external factors beyond the Store’s control, including but not limited to courier delays and regional restrictions.
2.3 The Store shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1 Applicable shipping charges shall be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3.2 Shipping fees, once paid, are non-refundable unless the order is canceled prior to dispatch.
3.3 Certain promotional or special offers may include free shipping, subject to specific terms of the promotion.
4. Order Tracking
4.1 Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.
4.2 Customers may use the tracking information to monitor shipment status through the respective courier service.
4.3 The Store is not responsible for tracking information updates provided by third-party courier services.
5. Customer Responsibility
5.1 Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order placement.
5.2 The Store shall not be liable for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
5.3 Any additional costs incurred due to address corrections or redelivery shall be borne by the customer.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 In case of delivery disputes or shipment concerns, customers may contact customer support for assistance.
6.2 The Store will cooperate with the relevant courier service to resolve reasonable delivery-related issues.
6.3 Claims related to non-delivery must be reported within a reasonable timeframe as specified by the Store’s policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Store shall not be liable for delays, damages, or losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7.2 Liability for damaged or lost shipments, if applicable, shall be subject to the policies of the respective courier service.
8. Agreement Acceptance
8.1 By placing an order with the Store, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Shipping Agreement.
8.2 The Store reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with updated terms being applicable to future orders.
